How it works

Pickup & Delivery order online made easy

Create Profile and Schedule Your Pickup

Choose when and where you wish us to collect and deliver your laundry from our website or app. Select from a variety of detergents when creating your profile.

Get Your Order Picked Up

We collect your bag, wash, dry, fold and repack your bag for delivery. Items are placed outside for pickup, please contact us if you are unable to place laundry outside and we will arrange a different pickup plan.

Delivery to Your Doorstop

Clean, folded laundry will be returned by the end of the next business day to your doorstep. Friday orders will be returned on Monday by 5pm. Laundry is returned to your doorstep and left outside, please contact us prior to delivery if a different arrangement is needed.

Individual Membership

$165 per month

90 lbs of laundry per month

1 Laundress & Co. laundry bag included

*$2/lb charge over 90lbs. Additional bags $10/each

Couple's Membership

$325 per month

175 lbs of laundry per month

2 Laundress & Co. laundry bags included

*$2/lb charge over 175lbs. Additional bags $10/each

Family Membership

$650 per month

350 lbs of laundry per month

3-4 Laundress & Co. laundry bags included depending on need.

*$2/lb charge over 350lbs. Additional bags $10/each

Non-Member

$2 per pound

Schedule service as needed.

This service is often used for occasional help or items like bedding.

Express Service (Same Day)

$2.50 per pound

Schedule order by 12pm for same day delivery. Express weight limited to 40lbs for same day. Any express service scheduled after 12pm or over 40lbs is not guaranteed for same day delivery.

Alongside my husband, a proud veteran and current Fort Wayne firefighter, we are lifelong residents committed to making a difference. Together, we founded this business to continue our legacy of service, bringing care, compassion, and dedication to the city we grew up in and call home.
